Casey Jones Fitness multifaceted approach to health and wellness gives members the ability to achieve their goals. Careful planning and attention to detail ensures injury prevention, and safety, so you can focus on your goals. Programs are crafted to fit the needs of each unique individual, helping clients solve chronic issues such as low back, shoulder, knee pain etc. Committed clients can expect to achieve their goals and gain a new appreciation for health and Fitness. Under the guidance of Casey Jones Fitness, every member is guaranteed both physical and mental strength that comes with the hard work fitness requires, and a resounding confidence that will echo into every corner of their lives.

Casey's Background:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from San Francisco State University

  • NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2017

  • NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist

Personal, Online, & Buddy Coaching

Get a personalized program developed just for you, based on your specific needs, lifestyle, and goals. Training sessions for one-on-one (personal) and "buddy" (groups of 2) will be 1-hour resistance training workouts.  Every client receives 24/7 support via text, twice weekly nutrition check-ins, and video form reviews to keep you exercising safely with great technique. Online clients will receive an additional 30min weekly video coaching call in lieu of in-person coaching.

Nutrition Coaching

Whether you're looking to lose weight or gain muscle, weight change is about 80% nutrition. Nutrition coaching is included in every coaching package and is a cornerstone of the Casey Jones Fitness approach.
